Barangay Jaclupan is the the upland area of the City of
Talisay suitable for eco- tourism as there are declared watersheds and forest
reserves. These areas could also be established as mountain parks for
recreation and leisure. Among the natural attractions in these areas are the Butterfly
Sanctuary, the Igutan Cave and Falls. It is also where the watershed of
MCWD (Metro-Cebu Water District) located that produces 13.6 million
cubic meter of water to Metro Cebu.
